  4. Serve with lettuce and some lemon. You can also eat this with steamed rice, pasta, or bread.

I sprinkled the steaks with pepper and garlic powder and placed in skillet with onion rings to brown on both sides. Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper. Heat a large frying pan until VERY HOT.
