Add to the olive oil, salt and rosemary and toss until the potatoes are coated well. Line a cookie sheet with foil and lightly brush with oil for greasing.

  2. Cut tofu into chips. Score them getly on one side.
  3. Place chips on an oven tray and place in oven. Cook chips for 20mins or until golden brown on each side.
  4. Remove from heat onto paper towel.
  5. Season with whatever veggie salt you like. Serve immediately with sauce.
  6. Note: I used my own lemon and cracked pepper salt and sweet chilli sauce.

Add to the olive oil, salt and rosemary and toss until the potatoes are coated well. Line a cookie sheet with foil and lightly brush with oil for greasing. Transfer the chips to a baking tray, drizzle them with olive oil and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss the chips with your hands to coat them. Drain the Tofoo and pat dry.
