- Get Chopped Bell Pepper (I use just a few thin slices chopped up)
As with any classic meatloaf, you must use ground meat containing fat. Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan and press into the pan until it's nice and level. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. The mixture will seem kind of wet, but it will be just fine.

- Preheat oven to 350°
- Mix all ingredients by hand until well mixed. Place in ungreased bread pan if you have a good non stick pan. Otherwise coat inside of pan with Crisco.
