- Season the meat put into a ziploc bag add vinegar oil set in the refrigerator 60 minutes
- Sear the meat in a frying pan with bacon drippings
- After you sear both sides add to pan put in oven 3-5 minutes let sit 10 minutes to rest
- Take the marinade from bag put into pan add butter
- Let it simmer stirring occasionally till nice and thick add sugar
- Cut the steak on a bias
- I made a mistake on the recipe I had 3 tablespoons of salt instead of 1 I am sorry for all who did this recipe with 3Tbs salt instead of 1 my utmost apologies
