  8. I made a mistake on the recipe I had 3 tablespoons of salt instead of 1 I am sorry for all who did this recipe with 3Tbs salt instead of 1 my utmost apologies

Remove steaks from grill and allow to rest. WHILE steak is resting, into a medium saute pan add oil, butter. Balsamic vinegar is a good marinade for steaks for two reasons. Whisk until all butter is incorporated and sauce is smooth again. Season with salt and pepper if needed.
