  6. My husband likes it peppery so I add double the amount of cracked pepper. Regular ground pepper will work but fresh cracked peppercorns taste best.
  7. I got this recipe twenty years ago from a recipe card my mother had from Easy Everyday Cooking.

The rice will soak up the mouth-watering marinade. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Pour soy sauce, honey, and red wine vinegar in pan, then add beef.
