- Pour in noodles, stir thoroughly, add butter and cook for another 10 minutes. Serve hot.
They are easy to work with and make a great stir-fry. Boil the noodles according to the packet instructions, drain and set aside. Stir in mushrooms, broccoli and carrots to the skillet.
