Instructions to make Green velvet cupcakes:
  1. Sb se pehle oven ko. 180 degrees pe preheat hone ke liye on kar dain
  2. Phr cupcake mould mein paper liners rakh ke ready karay
  3. Ab aik blkl dry and clean bowl mein. eggs and sugar daal ke electric beater se tz speed pe 5,6 min beat karay
  4. Jab mixture light and fluffy ho jaye to essence and oil add kar ke beat karay
  5. Phr maida, baking powder and milk powder add kar ke spatula se achi trha mix karay
  6. Phr water add karay.. aik sath sara pani add na karay, mixture bht liquidy nahi krna… thora thick mixture rkhna hai
  7. Last mein white vinegar and green clr add kar ke mix kar lain
  8. Vinegar add krne ke baad forn mixture ko mould mein daal ke bake hone ke liye rakh dain…. kyo ke vinegar add hot hi mixture mein chemical reaction start ho jata hai, jis se cakes soft and spongy bnte hai
  9. Ab mould ko preheated oven mein rakh ke 22 se 25 min tak bake kar lain
  10. Jab bake ho jaye to nikal ke apni psnd se icing kar lain, mein ne independence day ke liye white and green clr ki whipping cream use ki hai
  11. Soft and velvety cupcakes ready… enjoy
